And the members and guests are pretty happy about his arrival, too. "Already our members are commenting that the quality and consistency of Tim's meals, as well as the presentation and value, are just amazing," the club's functions and marketing manager, Jacquie Miller, said. Go to www.grsl.com.au The prestigious InterContinental Hotel in London, the InterContinental Hotel in Sydney, on Macquarie Street, and Easts Leagues Club, at Bondi Junction, are just a few of the venues on Tim's CV. Gosford RSL Club features a café and a bistro, and having two eateries has enabled Tim to spread his creative wings. The café is open from 9am until late, and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The breakfast menu features some traditional favourites -- but with a twist. The poached eggs, for example, are served with baby spinach, pesto, Swiss cheese and tomato relish and served on toasted sour dough ($7.50 for members). There is a range of lighter dishes, such as toasts, croissants and mueslis, too, but for a hearty start to the day you can't beat the Club Breakfast for quality and value. It features fried or scrambled eggs with grilled tomato, mushrooms, bacon, hash brown and toasted sour dough. And all for just $9.80. The café lunch menu features a tempting array of sandwiches, wraps and toasties ($4.70 to $7.50), stone cooked pizzas (from TWIN TREAT: Tw o seafood dishes to savour -- barramundi with warm nicoise salad and basil pesto (front), and Nile perch with prawn and mussel seafood hot pot. The bistro is open for lunch and dinner daily, and offers table service. The new menu, to start in October, will feature an Asian corner including an array of laksas and stir-fry noodles. Outstanding seafood offerings will also be a feature of the menu, with dishes such as grilled barramundi with a prawn mussel hot pot.
