A habit takes about 21 days to establish. And we do hundreds of things habitually every day. Some constructive things include: brushing teeth, sleeping, drinking water and walking. Some destructive forces might include over- eating, habitually running on adrenaline, or even procrastinating in a poor posture in front of the TV. Positive mental attitude: you become / manifest your most dominant thoughts. We all have problems, how we deal with them is what counts. 5. Sound functioning nervous system: this aspect of health is why chiropractors exist, to reduce destructive forces on the nervous system, allowing it to run the body optimally.
