The swirling blues and purples of this popular cocktail are the perfect accompaniment to a lakeside sunset. IT'S no surprise that the Fruit Tingle cocktail has become a favourite at the new Dish bar inside Wallarah Bay Recreation Club, at Gorokan. The club enjoys panoramic views of Tuggerah Lake, and the cocktail seems a perfect fit for kicking back on the water's edge. "The Fruit Tingle is a bright and colourful cocktail," trainee manager Mitch Quinn of the Wyong Leagues Club Group said. "And we have the perfect setting for enjoying it here, with the views of the sun over the water. And it's a really simple one to make." But you don't have to visit Wallarah Bay Recreation Club to enjoy a Fruit Tingle built by a professional. "This is a cocktail that is available at all of the clubs across the Wyong Leagues Club Group," Mitch said. And, yes, the cocktail really does taste like the lolly that it takes its name from. COLOUR FAST: Mitch Quinn serves up an instant favourite at the new Dish bar. We're everywhere you want to be. Over 23,000 holiday properties at 1,200 locations
