Julie will be on stage in centre court on the final day of the fair, Sunday, November 1, to chat with the audience about food and family, and her experience on the Network Ten reality cooking show. Westfield Tuggerah marketing manager Joe Conneely said the Tuggerah Food Fair would run over four days, with a theme to each day's jam-packed itinerary. "Activities will be held throughout the centre in both food precincts [outside Woolworths on Level 1, and outside Coles on Level 2], in centre court, and in the outside café and lifestyle precinct," Mr Conneely said. The fair will be launched on Thursday, October 29, when the theme will be "Shop smart, cook smart, eat smart". A highlight of the day will be an appearance in centre court by the authors of the book Money Saving Meals, Philippa Sandall and Diane Temple. On Friday, October 30, the theme is "Fish and seafood", featuring chef Mark Luntagun, from Karinyas Restaurant and Bar at Mantra Kooindah Waters Golf and Spa Resort, at Wyong, with seafood cooking demonstrations from Tassal (Tasmanian Salmon) chefs. On Saturday, October 31, the theme is "Outdoor entertaining and kids" and chef to the rock stars Brian Lizotte will take centre stage for a cooking demonstration and chat. And on Sunday, November 1, it's all about "Lifestyle" featuring Julie Goodwin. Every day of the fair will feature food tastings and sampling, children's activities and a Borders cook book sale.
