The story so far: I’m originally from Albury and now living on the Central Coast. I recorded my debut album in Nashville where I won the Nashville Star Search competition. Locally I won Best Country Song in the ABC 1233 Newcastle music awards with my song that I wrote for my mum Timeless You. I have two singles that were successful with Australian and international radio: Heartbreak Road and You’re Not My Ute. What’s doing: I’m working on another album, and plan to make another trip to Nashville this year. But in the meantime I’ve been touring. Check me out: Head to www. kellyhope.com or www.myspace.com/ kellyhopecountry for music, photos and blogs. I also own a Ford ute with hot pink motifs and “Kelly Hope” written up the side. Check out my album on itunes. You’ll never see me... Sitting down and wasting time. There is so much to do, so little time to do it. You’ll always see me... Out for a bike ride or a swim. Exercise clears and refreshes my mind. The story so far: Previously members of Central Coast band Falling Of One, October Rage has recently returned from a successful trip to LA, meeting some of the world’s famous writers and bands like P.O.D. What’s doing: Writing and finishing material for our next epic venture – an Australia east coast tour before we invade the west coast of the USA. Check us out: You can become a “Rager” by clicking our myspace website at www. myspace.com/octoberrage. You’ll never see us... Standing in line for tickets to a Lady Gaga concert. You’ll always see us... Raging! And getting kicked off the courtesy bus! Favourite all-time lyric: “To be a rock, and not to roll” from Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin.
